Dear Counter-recruitment Strategy Summit attendees,
The summit is coming up soon! We have been working hard to plan it and are so glad that you will be attending.
A few important details to go over before you travel to the event:
- Getting to the event location, The Cenacle Center, from the airport:
- Registration and check in:
- Please reread the “What You Need to Know” document (click here).
- If you need to, but haven’t already, please make sure you’ve told us about any special dietary or room requirements before June 22. (Contact info at the end of “What You Need to Know”)
- If you have planned to make a donation to cover the costs of your meals and/or lodging, but haven’t done so yet, please refer to the “What You Need to Know” document for instructions.
- Check-in time is 3:00-9:00 PM. If you will be arriving at Cenacle after 9:00 PM on Friday, see please contact Rick Jahnkow as soon as possible to make special arrangements. Email rjahnkow@aol.com or call 760-840-9496 .
- What will happen at the summit?
- Attached you will find an agenda outlining the weekend’s activities.
- You will also see a chart titled “Counter Recruitment Summit Strategic Planning Chart.” This is a tool we’ll be using, among others, to guide thinking and discussion. You don’t have to do anything with it in advance, but it’s a good idea to look it over before the meetings begin. Copies will also be provided at the Summit.
